Better late than never! What a fab weekend in the Strutt Centre, Belper. This was a new venue to the trail but we had a constant flow of visitors over the weekend, although the heat was intense outside and people were starting to flag in the late afternoons of both days. Sold a large painting and several prints and cards so a successful weekend for me. Oddly, the painting I sold was one I had left in the car as it was too big for the stand but offered to show it to the customer when they expressed an interest in abstract landscapes. Perhaps leaving paintings in the car is the way to go! A well organised and very well supported arts trail.
